P. David Gray

David was raised in the Birmingham area and graduated from Hewitt Trussville High School. Following high school, he moved to Tuscaloosa and attended the University of Alabama where he earned his undergraduate degree. While at the University of Alabama, David was involved in many aspects of University life including, President of his fraternity and numerous honor societies and leadership societies.
Just weeks prior to starting law school, he was given the opportunity to work as a law clerk for a small plaintiffs firm in the downtown Birmingham area. David continued his work as a clerk at this firm for four years where he handled numerous cases on behalf of wronged individuals and companies. He was able to establish relationships with attorneys, clients, judges and staff that continues to benefit him today. After graduating from Birmingham School of Law, David was admitted to the State Bar of Alabama and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.
David is now a partner at Caulder & Gray, LLC, in Birmingham, Alabama. David enjoys working together with his clients to achieve a successful outcome in all situations. He is a firm believer that every client should be educated about the legal process and should actively assist in the prosecution or defense of their case.
David has had outstanding results in both criminal defense and family law cases and is always more than happy to speak with anyone about their unique situation.
Nicholas V. Caulder

Nick was born in Anniston, Alabama and graduated from Saks High School. He attended college and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Jacksonville State University (JSU) in Jacksonville, Alabama. He would later go on to graduate studies and earned a Master of Science degree from JSU with a concentration in criminal justice. While remaining a full-time student throughout his undergraduate and graduate studies, Nick also maintained full-time employment in management for Bruno’s, Inc. It was during this time that he met his wife, Megan, and they would go on to complete their family with the addition of their son, Zachary.
During the course of graduate studies at JSU, Nick became interested in pursuing further education in the law and decided to attend law school at Birmingham School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama. While attending law school, Nick maintained full-time employment as a legal clerk for a well-established law firm located in downtown Birmingham. Nick was able to gain much experience in many areas of the law while working closely with the attorneys, clients, judges and their staff. He would go on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from Birmingham School of Law.
Nick now practices law for Caulder & Gray, LLC, in Birmingham, Alabama. He has established himself as a talented young lawyer who is creative and driven to excellence. Throughout his career, he has mentored many people who have gone on to achieve lofty goals. He is dedicated to detail, he is honorable and he prides himself on working closely with his clients to help them achieve their goals.
